Position Title Graduate Assistant Coach - Men's & Women's Swim

FLSA Exempt

Primary Responsibilities

This position is targeted for graduate level students seeking a master’s degree to work as a graduate assistant and includes eligibility for tuition remission and student health insurance.

Responsibilities include: implementing a seasonal plan with the Head Coach; strength and conditioning; scouting and recruiting; instruction and coaching the St. Lawrence University swimmers during meets, and administrative tasks as assigned by the Head Coach.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required. Strong oral and written communication skills are necessary. Ability to meet University requirements to drive a University vehicle required.

Preferred Qualifications

Collegiate swimming and/or coaching experience preferred.
